Randy's most recent credits in 2024, include being the TV Host/Reporter at the grand opening of the new Trump Tower in the 80's bio-pic called "The Apprentice". In 2023, Randy's most notable appearances included guest-starring in the latest film from the "Jane Mysteries" as well as the business magnate Barrington Knightly in "Christmas with the Knightly's".
In 2022, Randy appeared in Roland Emmerich's "Moonfall" and had a supporting lead in Christmas on Wheels (2021). Randy also guest stars in "The Matchmaker Mysteries ~ A Killer Engagement" starring Danica McKellar. Other recent significant roles include: "The Wedding Planners", "Christmas in Paris", "Utopia Falls" and Jean-Jacques Annaud's "The Truth about the Harry Quebert Affair".
Another notable performance was in the Netflix series "21 Thunder" as Coach Mike Shields. Randy has a very athletic history and loved this role because he was a semi-pro soccer player during his youth.
Hockey was also a sport Randy loved and played competitively. He got to realize a childhood dream by reprising the role of Toe Blake on the feature box office hit "The Rocket" which was based on the historical events of Randy's favorite team the Montreal Canadians.

TV personality and America's premiere female voice announcer Randy Thomas can be heard daily as the voice of CBS Television Distribution's "Entertainment Tonight" for CBS Television Distribution.
Thomas is the first woman to announce the Academy Awards, the Tony Awards, the Screen Actors Guild Awards and the Miss America Pageant. She has served as the announcer for the Academy Awards seven times and is the first person ever to announce The Oscars, The Tonys and The Emmys -- all in the same year.
Thomas made history as the halftime announcer for Super Bowl 44 introducing The WHO. This broadcast reached more people than any other television show in the history of TV.
In addition to her daily duties on "Entertainment Tonight", Thomas is "the narrator of a new series for ID (Investigation Discovery. The ten-part series True Crime with Aphrodite Jones airs beginning March 11, 2010; and, she is the branding voice of WWOR-My9 TV in New York City.
Thomas has been winning accolades and opening doors for female voice artists for 15 years. She began her career studying acting at HB Studios in New York City and with Adam Hill in Los Angeles. With more than 20 years of experience as a radio personality in New York, Los Angeles, Detroit, and Miami, Thomas has gone on to achieve her dreams as a freelance voice-over artist, recognizable television personality, and now author.
Randy recently completed her first book "Voice for Hire: Launch and Maintain a Lucrative Career in Voice-Overs" (Watson-Guptill Publications, a division of Random House Inc.) She collaborated with top New York voice coach Peter Rofe. The foreword is written by her friend and mentor, "the godfather of the voice-over industry," the late Don La Fontaine.
